Windecken Residence

Going along with the previous pictures I decided that the house I grew up in deserved a picture as well. I left out any shading and so it makes it look a little more like an architectural concept drawing. Also, since I do not have a scanner I have just been making photographs of the pictures, hence the lower picture quality.

Sketches Windecken

I have lived in Windecken, Germany for quite a few years, but I never took the time to appreciate the local architecture. Although it is nothing grand, it is still very quaint. Here are my first two sketches:

The first is the Hexenturm [the witch tower], in witch, I mean in which, women who were accused of being witches were locked away.

The second sketch is the local Protestant church. It was first mentioned in the city records in 1282.
